These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the websites, platforms, software, artificial intelligence tools, Discord services, digital products, memberships and other services offered under the TERRIERX® brand.
By creating an account, purchasing, activating, accessing or using any TERRIERX® service, you agree to these Terms.
1. TERRIERX® and Scope
TERRIERX® is a technology platform operating from the Principality of Monaco.
These Terms apply to services offered under the TERRIERX® brand, including but not limited to:
- TERRIERX® Account
- BIONIK AI®
- NEPTUNE CORE®
- NEPTUNE AI®
- ORBIT AI®
- TERRIERX® Auth
- Discord services and bots
- future TERRIERX® products and services
Certain products may include additional product-specific terms, disclosures or policies.
Where product-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms shall apply only to the relevant service.
2. Eligibility and Account Use
You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to use the Services and accept these Terms.
Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared or used to provide unauthorized access to third parties.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information reasonably current.
TERRIERX® may require additional verification where necessary for security, fraud prevention or compliance.
3. Account Security, Discord and Recovery
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and devices.
TERRIERX® may use security mechanisms including:
- Discord account linking
- Discord User ID verification
- session and device verification
- recovery codes
- access history
- security notifications
- fraud-prevention systems
Where a Discord account is linked, the Discord User ID may be used as a persistent technical identifier for identity verification and account recovery.
TERRIERX® may temporarily restrict access where there are reasonable indications of account compromise, fraud, unauthorized access or prohibited account sharing.
4. Subscriptions, Payments and Licenses
Certain Services are provided through subscriptions, licenses or other paid access arrangements.
Before completing a purchase, the applicable interface will display relevant commercial information where required, including:
- product
- price
- duration
- billing frequency
- renewal terms
- applicable conditions
Licenses, activation codes and access credentials may be personal, time-limited and linked to a specific account or Discord identity.
They may not be resold or transferred without express authorization.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the Service purchased, the conditions shown at checkout and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights.

Certain TERRIERX® products provide tools related to financial markets, digital assets, trading, execution, performance and risk.
These Services may include:

- artificial intelligence
- Smart Money Concepts analysis
- charts
- indicators
- statistics
- alerts
- performance metrics
- trade-related information
- risk analytics
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific regulated agreement, these Services are provided as technological, informational and educational tools.
TERRIERX® does not provide individualized investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage services, tax advice or legal advice through these Services.
7. Financial and Trading Risk
Trading and investing involve substantial risk.
You may lose part or all of the capital committed.
Leverage can significantly amplify both gains and losses.
No analysis, signal, target, stop-loss, artificial intelligence output, statistic or historical result provided through TERRIERX® guarantees future performance.
All financial and trading decisions remain the responsibility of the user.
8. Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party Data
Artificial intelligence systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unexpected outputs.
Users should independently evaluate material decisions before relying on automated outputs.
TERRIERX® may rely on third-party infrastructure and services including exchanges, Discord, market-data providers, APIs, cloud infrastructure and payment providers.
TERRIERX® does not control the uninterrupted availability or absolute accuracy of third-party systems.
9. Service Availability
TERRIERX® aims to provide reliable Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- maintenance
- updates
- technical failures
- third-party outages
- Discord or exchange outages
- API failures
- security incidents
- circumstances beyond reasonable control
Features may be added, modified, replaced or removed where reasonably necessary.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not use TERRIERX® to:
- commit fraud
- attack systems
- exploit vulnerabilities
- distribute malware
- bypass access controls
- steal accounts
- impersonate TERRIERX® staff
- resell access without authorization
- improperly share paid access
- redistribute protected content
- interfere with infrastructure
- use the Services unlawfully
TERRIERX® may take reasonable measures to protect its users, infrastructure and Services.
11. Intellectual Property
TERRIERX® software, interfaces, designs, algorithms, documentation, trademarks, logos, databases, systems, graphics and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Users receive only a limited right to access and use the Services.
Purchase or subscription does not transfer ownership of TERRIERX® intellectual property.
Protected materials may not be copied, sublicensed, sold, redistributed or commercially exploited without authorization.
12. Suspension and Termination
TERRIERX® may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including in connection with:
- fraud
- abusive chargebacks
- unauthorized resale
- prohibited account sharing
- security threats
- attacks against infrastructure
- serious violations of these Terms
- unlawful activity
Where appropriate, reasonable notice may be provided.
Immediate action may be taken where necessary for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
TERRIERX® processes personal data necessary to operate its Services, including where applicable:
- account information
- authentication data
- linked Discord information
- sessions
- security information
- support data
- subscription information
- fraud-prevention data
- integration data
14. Liability, Warranties and User Rights
TERRIERX® does not guarantee:
- financial profits
- trading performance
- perfect accuracy of artificial intelligence
- permanent availability
- uninterrupted operation of third-party services
- specific commercial outcomes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TERRIERX® shall not be liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Services, trading decisions, third-party failures or insecure handling of credentials by the user.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
15. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Changes
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Monaco.
Disputes relating to TERRIERX® shall, where legally permitted, be subject to the competent courts of the Principality of Monaco.
Consumers retain any mandatory jurisdictional rights provided by applicable law.
TERRIERX® may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, security or service changes.
The current version and its effective date will be made available on the website.
